Shipping Policy
Effective: 4 June 2026
1. Origin. Orders may be dispatched from various locations as appropriate.
2. Destinations. We ship to most countries served by available carriers. For destinations not listed at checkout, email contact@yanganyauhei.com.
3. Processing. Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–5 business days of payment confirmation. Processing may extend during new releases, sales, holidays or peak periods.
4. Method and tracking. Shipments are sent via available standard or express carriers (registered or tracked depending on destination). Tracking is provided where available; please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to appear.
5. Customs, duties and taxes. For shipments outside the origin country, you are the importer of record and are liable for any applicable customs duties, VAT, GST and import taxes. We are not responsible for parcels held in customs where charges have not been settled. Where a parcel is returned to us due to unpaid duties, refused delivery or undeliverable address, refund is issued for the Product price only, less return shipping costs and a reasonable handling fee.
6. Delays. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays arising from carrier handling, customs processing, peak periods, public holidays, force majeure or any other cause beyond our reasonable control.
7. Risk. Risk of loss or damage passes to you on delivery or when the Product is placed in the possession of the carrier (or your agent), whichever occurs first. Transit damage is the responsibility of the carrier; claims should be filed with the carrier directly.
8. Lost parcels and transit damage. For tracked parcels that remain unaccounted for, email contact@yanganyauhei.com within seven (7) days of the latest estimated delivery date with order number and tracking screenshots; we may, at our reasonable discretion, assist with filing a carrier claim or offer a replacement. Transit damage is governed by §7 above and our Return & Refund Policy: damage occurring during transit, carrier handling or customs is not eligible for return, refund or replacement from us, and should be claimed against the carrier.
9. Address. You are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address. We are not liable for parcels lost or delayed due to incorrect address details. Address change requests after dispatch cannot be guaranteed.
10. This Policy is subject to our Terms of Service and Return & Refund Policy.

一、寄出地點。訂單可能由不同地點視乎情況寄出。
二、派送地區。我們寄送至大部分可用物流商所達之國家。如結帳時未見您所在地,請電郵 contact@yanganyauhei.com。
三、處理時間。訂單一般於付款確認後 1–5 個工作天內處理及派發。新品發售、促銷期、公眾假期或繁忙季節之處理時間可能延長。
四、運送方法及追蹤。以可用之標準或快遞服務(按目的地以掛號或追蹤方式寄出)。如有提供,將顯示追蹤編號;請容許最多 48 小時追蹤資訊出現。
五、關稅、稅項及增值稅。寄出地以外之運送,您為入口人,須繳付目的地國家徵收之關稅、增值稅/消費稅及進口稅項。如包裹因收件人未繳清費用而被海關扣留,我們概不負責。如包裹因未付關稅、拒絕收件或地址無法送達而退回我們,我們僅就產品價格作退款,並扣除退件運費及合理之手續費。
六、延誤。送達時間僅屬估算,並不保證。我們對因物流商處理、海關處理、繁忙期、公眾假期、不可抗力或任何其他合理控制範圍外之原因引致之延誤概不負責。
七、風險。產品之損失或損壞風險於送達或產品交予物流商持有(或您之代理人持有)時轉移予您,以較先者為準。運輸途中之損壞屬物流商責任,應直接向物流商提出索賠。
八、遺失包裹及運輸途中損壞。如追蹤包裹仍未送達,請於最遲估算送達日起七(7)日內電郵 contact@yanganyauhei.com,附訂單編號及追蹤截圖;我們可按合理酌情權協助向物流商索賠或提供更換。運輸途中之損壞按上述第七條及《退貨與退款政策》處理:運輸途中、物流商處理或海關所引致之損壞並非我們退貨、退款或更換之受理範圍,應向物流商提出索賠。
九、地址。您負責提供正確及完整之送貨地址。因地址錯誤導致之包裹遺失或延誤,我們概不負責。派發後之地址更改要求恕不能保證。
十、本政策受我們《服務條款》及《退貨與退款政策》規限。
